♦ The Date of Birth (DOB) can be included under each name (This is optional).

♦ Choose a Format:
#1) The parents names are in the center of the 3rd row down, which enables me to add up to 9 additional names.      Or 
#2) The parents names can be put together in the top row center space, which enables me to add up to 10 additional names.

♦ [Grandpa & Grandma "Surname"] has been added at the bottom under the tree branches, on each side. (This is optional)  *If you want this included, please include the Grandpa & Grandpa's "Surname" in the "Special Instructions" portion of the order form, so it can be added.

♦ In the "Special Instructions" portion of the order form, please type in the names you want in each row starting from the top.  Please separate each name and DOB (if applicable), by a semi-colon (;).  Also, please enter 2 [returns] at the end of each row of names, to separate each row. If you have less names than the tree has spaces, I will format it accordingly so it looks nice.  I include this *poem if there is an empty space in the tree.  *Our Family is a circle of strength and love.
